LOUISIANA AVENUE - MARDI GRAS PARTY

Louisiana Avenue are taking over Nefertiti once again for a party you won’t want to miss! In tribute to one of the world’s biggest carnivals, perhaps Sweden’s best live band invites you to a dazzling Mardi Gras Party where anything can happen! This year, they’re also bringing a brand-new EP with them.

The group draws on New Orleans’ bubbling cauldron of magnificent music, embracing a wide range of styles, including soul, jazz, funk, blues and Latin American rhythms. Alongside their colourful stage outfits, the carnival atmosphere is enhanced by inflatable unicorns, a parade through the audience, Mardi Gras beads, parasols and several flamboyant costume changes. That’s how the band creates a party where everyone is welcome.

Behind the exuberant, uninhibited performances is a heartfelt philosophy of love, founded on the clear principle that EVERYONE should be included. Whatever your age, background or physical circumstances, you are warmly welcomed into the world of Louisiana Avenue. Everyone comes along!
