Too Many Zooz

Too Many Zooz describe their music as Brass House, creating energetic instrumental music in which avant-garde jazz, EDM and punk come together to form a unique kind of high-octane dance music.

Since making their breakthrough as street musicians in the New York subway in 2013, Too Many Zooz have become a viral phenomenon and developed into an internationally acclaimed trio who tour extensively and whose YouTube videos have had millions of views.

In 2016, the trio released their debut album Subway Gawdz, featuring guest appearances by Kreayshawn, Armani White, members of Galactic and Beats Antique. That same year, they appeared on Beyoncé’s album Lemonade and performed alongside Beyoncé and The Dixie Chicks at the CMA Awards.

On their latest EP, Red Apple Gift Shop, energetic Latin-inspired rhythms meet the band’s distinctive Brass House sound, creating what could be described as Too Many Zooz 2.0.

This winter, the trio are coming to Sweden for two shows – on 31 January at Nefertiti in Gothenburg and on 1 February at Fasching in Stockholm.
