Hållkäftenmiddag – Tryffel & Piemonte-viner

HÅLLKÄFTENLUNCH #57 - Tryffel & Piemonte White Alba truffle. Barolo. Raviolo. Butter. And Nebbiolo dressed in its very finest.

Yes. You get the idea.

Hållkäftenmiddag #57 returns to Piedmont – the region where the food is ridiculously good, the wines even better and Nebbiolo reigns supreme.

We're talking four hours of total gastronomic indulgence, right in the peak season for Piedmont's most decadent little tuber: the truffle. Generously shaved, of course. And because truffle is even better with wine, it comes with four glasses of really fucking good Piedmont wine.

And as if that weren't enough, we're joined by Nils from Tryffelkranen, who will geek out completely over this outrageously expensive, fragrant little jewel and tell you everything you never knew you needed to know.

Truffle. Nebbiolo. Butter. Piedmont.

Shut. Up. That's. Delicious.
