Historiemiddag – Tema 1900-tal

It’s now time for our fourth history dinner in a series exploring different historical eras. We’re putting together a four-course dinner featuring food typical of the 20th century, but with our chefs’ own touch.

For each dish, we’ve selected a beer that reflects and suits this century.

The 20th century gives us a little more freedom to include beers that aren’t just dark, smoky and sweet :) The evening’s dinner is hosted by history expert Mattias Axelsson, known from several podcasts.

Expect an evening of history and delicious flavours.
