Johan Airijoki

A long and loyal career in the service of rock is no guarantee of success. Many are the musicians who rehearse week after week, only to play to almost empty rooms.

But after years of dogged hard work, the tide of success is finally turning for Johan Airijoki.

And it is precisely this arduous but necessary journey that the former miner from Malmberget sings about on his latest album, ”ROCKENS VINGAR”.

In ”Den långa vägen hit”, he sums it up with the words: ”Den långa vägen hit / det har alltid varit drag / men nu är det publik”.
