THE EVENING'S MENU Our head chef Daniel and our chefs have created a delicious two-course dinner especially for the evening.

You can choose between meat and a vegetarian option.

Main course Whole-roasted venison topside with a coffee and cocoa rub.

Served with a fried mix of sugar-and-salt-cured cabbage, mulled port sauce and a root vegetable cake flavoured with thyme and rosemary.

Vegetarian option: Mushroom patty with charred onion and a coffee and cocoa glaze.

Dessert Apple pie scented with cinnamon and cardamom, served with lightly whipped uncooked custard.
