FACESOUL

FACESOUL (UK) at Nefertiti on 5 November London-based artist FACESOUL has quickly established himself as one of the most exciting voices on the alternative R&B scene.

Born in Somalia and raised with influences from both East African culture and the global diaspora, he creates music in which soul, R&B and poetry meet in a stripped-back, deeply personal expression.

With gentle harmonies, minimalist production and introspective lyrics, FACESOUL explores themes of identity, faith, healing and human connection. He describes his music as a way to create meaning and give something back.

Since his debut with the EP YSRA, he has continued to build a devoted audience around the world. The follow-up A Beautiful Patience and his acclaimed debut album ARRIVAL (2025) have cemented his position as a unique voice in modern soul and alternative R&B. He has also performed at festivals such as Medicine Festival, Bluedot and Soul Revolution Festival, and regularly tours internationally.

On 5 November, FACESOUL comes to Nefertiti for an intimate evening full of presence and soulful melodies – as much an experience as a concert.
