Tennessee Tears

Tennessee Tears – Live at Big Stage, Jacy’z on 16 October On 16 October, we welcome Tennessee Tears to Big Stage at Jacy’z – one of Sweden’s most talked-about and best-loved country acts right now.

The duo, consisting of Tilda Feuk and Jonas Hermansson, made their big breakthrough in early 2023 when they made their Melodifestivalen debut with the song “Now I Know”. With their authenticity, strong stage presence and modern Nashville sound, they quickly won the hearts of the Swedish public. That autumn, they followed up their success with a sold-out tour of Sweden and the acclaimed collaboration Under One Roof, together with Chris Kläfford.

Tennessee Tears’ musical journey began in Nashville through a songwriting collaboration with Billy Burnette (Fleetwood Mac) – a creative spark that developed into a lasting musical bond between Sweden and the USA. The duo have since returned to Nashville several times to write and record music, and have collaborated with legendary musicians such as Dave Roe (Johnny Cash), Michael Rhodes (Emmylou Harris, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum) and Ben Sesar (Brad Paisley). Billy Burnette himself has said of them: “This marriage between Nashville and Sweden is gonna be a real eye-opener for people.”

In 2026, Tennessee Tears are heading out on The Ashes & Embers Tour, coinciding with the release of their new album “Ashes & Embers”. First up is the single “Promised Land”, a sweeping, emotionally charged taste of the musical journey ahead.

With their blend of emotion, storytelling and modern country, Tennessee Tears are at the forefront of the Swedish country scene – and the country wave that continues to gather momentum.

Don’t miss the chance to experience Tennessee Tears live at Big Stage on 16 October – an evening filled with warmth, presence and music that touches you deeply.
