Orsak:Oslo + Henchlock

ORSAK:OSLO

Orsak:Oslo play a distinctive instrumental blend of post-rock, doom, psychedelic rock and krautrock, characterised by fuzz-driven melodies and a pronounced Nordic melancholy.

Over the past few years, the band have played numerous gigs and festivals across Europe, including Sonic Whip (NL), Sonic Rites (FI), Desertfest London, Desertfest Oslo and Freak Valley Festival. They also supported King Buffalo on parts of their 2023 European tour.

Last autumn, O:O released the album Silt & Static through Vinter Records to strong international reviews. They are currently back in the studio working on new material and preparing to head out on tour again this autumn.

HENCHLOCK

Henchlock are an instrumental band rooted in psychedelic rock, where heavy fuzz riffs meet expansive, free improvisation. Drawing inspiration from obscure Japanese psychedelia and the hypnotic drive of krautrock, their music moves between repetitive power and exploratory, free jazz-influenced landscapes.

So far, Henchlock have primarily existed as an underground live project, building their reputation through intense and immersive performances. Their debut album will be released on 10 September this year.
