Su Andersson Band

Su Andersson Band – Americana from Gothenburg with thought-provoking lyrics Gothenburg-based singer-songwriter Su Andersson left a long career as an architect to devote herself fully to music.

Her songs, often “based on a true story”, reflect impressions and feelings from travels and encounters.

Her third album, “Postcards”, released in autumn 2025, is a musical journey through Europe, with songs from cities such as Berlin, Valencia and San Sebastián. The album follows the critically acclaimed “Train Stories” (2020) and “Brave” (2022). The music and tone of the record were developed together with Gothenburg musician Axel Olsson, with Henning Sernhede as co-producer.

Su frequently collaborates with other musicians and enjoys spending time at Knippla Inspelningsservice, the rehearsal space and studio in Kungssten in Gothenburg, as well as at the legendary Hansastudion in Berlin. She has performed on many of the city’s small and large stages, and this will be her second gig at Kinesiska Muren, a place with just the club atmosphere you want!
