Woe Gothenburg reunite

After three years of silence, it is finally time for rock/metal band Woe Gothenburg to make a comeback. The band, known for their uncompromising energy and blend of classic hard rock and modern metal, are now reuniting.

As the icing on the cake, the band can proudly announce that their original drummer is back in the line-up – for the first time in nine years. With the return of one of its mainstays, the line-up is more complete and reconnects with Woe Gothenburg’s roots.

“It feels absolutely right to be back together again. We’ve missed each other, and we’ve missed the audience. Now we’re ready to bring you the music once again,” the band say in a joint statement.

Woe Gothenburg formed in Gothenburg in 2008 and have since released the EP Fuck Your Mental Health and their debut album …It’s WOE Time (2015), produced by Pontus Hjelm (Dead By April). Their second album Too late too loud was released in 2020. The band have previously toured across Europe and shared the stage with acts such as Dark Tranquillity and Death Destruction.

The reunion marks the beginning of a new chapter for Woe Gothenburg. The band don’t know what the future holds – just come along for the ride…

Woe Gothenburg are back!
