Slakthuset Block Party 2027 – Three days when Gamlestan tastes, sounds and feels at its very best. 15–17 July.

8000 people. That’s how many came to hang out with us this year. It was far more than we’d dared to hope for, and enough to make us realise one thing: we want to do this again.

Slakthuset Block Party 2027 will still be all about what we love most – local producers, really good food, wine made right here on the premises and people who love gathering around a table, a glass or a speaker.

For three days, Slakthuset will be filled with some of western Sweden’s most exciting food and drink producers and businesses. Small-scale, crafted with care and uncompromisingly delicious. From freshly baked and freshly grilled food to oysters, urban wine, craft beer and everything in between.

Wine Mechanics opens the doors to its neighbourhood and, together with friends, producers, chefs and DJs, invites you to a festival where ingredients, craft and community take centre stage. Here, it’s just as natural to talk about fermentation tanks as barbecue charcoal, grapes as vinyl, and long lunches as late nights on the dance floor.

This isn’t a food festival. It isn’t a wine festival either. It’s a weekend where the best of the local food and drink scene meets music, people and high summer in Gamlestan.
