DANBANDSFESTIVALEN IS COMING TO TRÄDGÅRN

On 17 April 2027, we will make history as we hold Dansbandsfestivalen at Trädgårn in Gothenburg for the first time!

Our ambition is to create a recurring festival that puts dance bands centre stage. It will be an evening filled with music, dancing, a sense of community and fantastic happenings. This is just the beginning of something we hope will become a firm tradition for all dance band fans.

We are presenting 4 fantastic bands who will make sure this day is one to remember!

Over a long and successful career, the band has created a unique mix of traditional dance band music and modern influences that appeals to several generations. Streaplers offers a musical experience full of quality, nostalgia and genuine entertainment that turns every performance into a celebration.

SCOTTS

Scotts is a popular band among music and dance band enthusiasts. Their big breakthrough came with Dansbandskampen in 2008, where they finished second. Since then, they have taken part in Melodifestivalen, released several well-received albums and toured extensively across the country. With their modern dance band style and songs that appeal to both new and loyal fans, they always deliver an evening full of energy, joy and dancing.

DANSBANDSKUNGEN

With a passion for the Swedish dance band tradition and a repertoire that celebrates the genre’s greatest classics, Dansbandskungen has become an audience favourite across the country. Through his popular interpretations of well-known songs by some of Sweden’s best-loved dance bands, he takes audiences on a musical journey that brings back memories and gets everyone dancing and singing. Sounds like just our kind of performance!

PARTYPATRULLEN

Partypatrullen is an energetic live band that turns every party into an unforgettable experience. With an infectious stage presence, well-known hits and a fast pace, they get the audience singing, dancing and partying from the first song to the final encore. The band combines musical quality with humour and spontaneity, creating a unique atmosphere at every gig. Whether it is a corporate event, festival, après-ski or private party, they tailor the show to the audience and the occasion.

We will also be presenting a range of activities and experiences that will take place both inside Trädgårn and out on our large terrace.
