SUMMARY:Gong + Khadavra
LOCATION:Musikens Hus Stora Scen\, Djurgårdsgatan 13\, 41462 Göteborg
DESCRIPTION:Gong return to Gothenburg and Musikens Hus!\n\nGong’s unive
rse began in 1969 when Daevid Allen was inspired by a profound psychedeli
c vision. As one of the founders of Soft Machine\, Allen wove his spiritu
al and metaphysical ideas into an ever-changing collective – more a myt
hology than a traditional band.\n\nThe current line-up\, assembled by Dae
vid for his final album with Gong\, "I See You"\, honours his wish that t
he band should not end with his passing. He urged them to “take it forw
ard to new\, unknown heights and depths\, far beyond anything I could eve
 r have imagined”.\n\nThe band’s latest release\, Bright Spirit\, is t
he third instalment in the trilogy that began with 2019’s The Universe
Also Collapses and continued with 2023’s Unending Ascending.\n\nMusiken
 s Hus main stage\n\nWednesday 11/11\n\nDoors 19.00\n\nSupport: Khadavra
