LOCATION:Pustervik\, Järntorgsgatan 12-14\, 41301 Göteborg
DESCRIPTION:Fauna & Pustervik present\n\nDUNGEN\n\nPustervik\n\n5 Novembe
r 2026\n\nAge restriction: 18+\n\nOn stage at approx. 20:00\n\nThe new Du
ngen album “Vidrig vår” will be released on 25 September and is a ca
ndid and personal portrayal of the breakdown of a long-term relationship.
“En gång i timmen” is out now as the first single from the record\,
which is among the most musically stripped-back they have recorded – a
song that both sounds unmistakably like Dungen and charts a new directio
 n. This autumn\, the band will follow up the album with an extensive Scan
 dinavian tour\, starting in Bergen on 22 October.\n\nThis year marks 25 y
ears since Dungen released their self-titled debut album\, and the new re
cord “Vidrig vår”\, produced by Gustav Ejstes together with long-sta
nding collaborator Mattias Glavå\, is the band’s first since 2022’s
“En är för mycket och tusen aldrig nog”. Dungen’s distinctive and
dynamic hybrid of psychedelic rock and folk sounds has won them a large
international audience despite their Swedish lyrics\, with admirers inclu
ding Jack White\, Tame Impala and Fleet Foxes. Alongside Gustav Ejstes\,
Dungen consists of Reine Fiske (guitar)\, Mattias Gustavsson (bass) and J
 ohan Holmegard (drums).
