DESCRIPTION:The lust in life evenings always have different themes\, but 
 usually include encounters\, exercises and touch. For example\, you may g
 et to practise communication\, different breathing techniques\, giving an
 d receiving touch\, following your impulses\, setting boundaries\, findin
 g your strength\, being held and letting go. There is a strong focus on b
 eing present in your body and tuning in to what you want.\n\nEveryone is 
 welcome! The evenings are suitable whether you are completely new and cur
 ious or an experienced tantra practitioner. It does not matter whether yo
 u are single or in a relationship: you set your own boundaries for what y
 ou want to experience. You can come on your own\, with a friend or with a
  partner. Many people come on their own. You can also take part regardles
 s of your sexual orientation or sexual identity. I aim for an equal numbe
 r of men and women\, and participants are of different ages and backgroun
 ds. During the evening’s exercises\, you sometimes work on your own\, s
 ometimes choose people to connect with\, and sometimes connect with diffe
 rent people at random\, which means you will meet men/women/others and ne
 ed to be open to this. If you come as a couple\, you can choose to do all
  the exercises only with each other. We keep our clothes on\, and the spa
 ce we create is safe and supportive so that you can relax.
