Information for exhibitors at VegoKraft Vegomässa You are warmly invited to showcase your organisation and what you offer to people interested in plant-based living at this exciting fair.

You are welcome to sell products, offer samples, taster activities and sponsored products to be given away and/or raffled off. You can also recruit new members to your organisation. If you offer any specialist expertise, you may also have the opportunity to give a talk or presentation to an audience. You can also take the opportunity to network with other organisations with the same target audience. Please book as early as possible to secure an exhibition space and help us plan.

Who can exhibit at the fair?

All types of organisations offering activities, products or services that are plant-based and contain no animal-derived ingredients or materials. Your entire operation does not have to be plant-based, but what you showcase at the fair needs to be. The fair is also alcohol- and drug-free. Exhibition spaces are non-transferable. You are responsible for obtaining any permits you need to carry out your activities.

Who will visit the fair?

Many visitors follow a plant-based diet (i.e. vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians), while some are simply curious about plant-based organisations, activities, products and services. Staff or other representatives from various organisations may also attend to network with both exhibitors and visitors. Their interests may include food, personal care products, products and services labelled as vegan, animal rights and welfare, climate/environment/sustainability and health.

Prices and discounts

The earlier you book, the greater the discount.

A standard exhibition space consists of approximately 4 square metres of floor space with a table measuring approximately 179 × 79 cm and one chair.

You need to bring your own tablecloth, branding materials and anything else you need to create an inviting stand. If you book extra tables, the tables will be placed together. If you want separate tables with a gap between them, please book two standard exhibition spaces instead.

The opening/closing times given indicate when exhibitors are welcome to start setting up and when they must have left the venue. Doors open for exhibitors at 08:30 and close for exhibitors at 17:00.
