MONUMENT PROUDLY PRESENTS: LKN 30/10

LKN is the multi-talented artist from Heby who has built a loyal fanbase through touring and TikTok. In 2025, he was named rookie songwriter/producer of the year at the Denniz Pop Awards, an award previously won by Avicii and Tove Lo. This autumn, he releases his third and most accomplished album, Fling, where flirtatious nights lead to a hard crash and eventually to true love.

On the forthcoming album Fling, the heartfelt pop songs have a plonky, summery groove inspired by Tyler, The Creator and Oskar Linnros, but the sound is bigger than before. At its centre is Mr Fling, a character based on LKN’s own life: flirtatious, independent and afraid of being left, who has to untangle his own knots when he falls in love for real. The album’s first single, “Först in sist ut”, exploded on TikTok with a catchy chorus about infidelity and quickly made it onto the Veckans P3-hit list.

Music has served as therapy for LKN since his childhood in Heby, where he learnt to play several instruments and produce music. With his third album, he has found his clearest artistic expression yet and is aiming to become Sweden’s biggest artist.

His first album, “Varma vindar” (2022), was a postcard from the Swedish summer, in which LKN also expressed a longing to learn to live more in the moment. This theme was cemented on “Just nu är tillräckligt bra” (2025) and, after a long search, reaches its most accomplished form on his third album, Fling.
