Oscar Stembridge

Oscar Stembridge (born 2007) is a Malmö-based artist, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with a strong focus on honest storytelling and a vibrant band sound.

His music moves between modern indie pop and guitar-driven alternative rock, with melodies, emotion and live energy at its heart.

Drawing inspiration from British indie, Oscar creates songs that feel personal, cinematic and intimate. His music tells stories of relationships, growing up and those little moments that feel so significant when you are young – feelings amplified by driving guitars, big choruses and an organic live sound. The result is music that feels both intimate and full of energy, with every song carrying a distinct sense of movement and presence.

Live performance is central to Oscar’s artistry. Over recent years, he has built up extensive stage experience through gigs across Sweden, Europe and the USA – both solo and with his four-piece band. He has performed in cities such as Malmö, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Oslo, Los Angeles, Austin and Atlanta. On stage, he combines musical precision with presence, energy and a strong connection with the audience, giving the songs a rawer, more organic feel than their studio versions.

As an independent artist, Oscar continues to build his musical universe with a long-term vision and an uncompromising approach. With over 7 million streams, a growing international audience and more than 1,300 consecutive days of daily content creation on YouTube, he continues to establish himself as one of Sweden’s most determined young indie artists today.
