SUMMARY:Kryptograf + Thick
LOCATION:Musikens Hus / Hängmattan Scen\, Karljohansgatan 16\, 41462 Gö
 teborg
DESCRIPTION:Kryptograf\n\nYour new favourite band from Bergen!\n\nOver th
e past few years\, Kryptograf have established themselves as a very excit
ing band in the riff-heavy rock jungle! As far as we know\, they haven't
visited Gothenburg before\, so it feels great to finally bring them here!
\n\nDo you like the early ’70s\, triple SGs and Norwegian riff-driven p
sychedelia? Then Kryptograf are the band for you!\n\nWith three cracking
albums under their belt\, they're making a stop at Hängmattan\, and you'
re invited to the rock party!\n\nThick\n\nThick were formed in 2009 by th
ree friends with a single mission: to supply the world with thick rock. A
fter playing many a gig in and around Gothenburg\, they released their lo
ng-awaited debut album Audio Obesity in 2022. The title naturally reflect
s the album's contents\, but also the live experience: the rock sounds as
thick as only Thick can make it\, with their updated take on blues rock
pushing boundaries and challenging traditions. There may only be three pe
ople on stage\, but they sound like more as their broad waves of sound ta
ke up an outrageous amount of space in the room.\n\nTheir 2024 EP Get a R
ide has been getting plenty of plays around the world\, according to the
figures\, and word has it that new music is coming this year.\n\nRock out
brothers and sisters!\n\nHängmattan Friday 16 October 175 + service fee
