Crime history walking tour of Majorna In the 19th century, Majorna was Gothenburg’s port district, an area considered to be beyond all honour and decency. Sailors, fortune-seekers, prostitutes, criminals and ordinary people gathered here.

Come along and hear about the tavern brothels, the axe murder, the execution, the bloodbath and the widow who threw a coffin through the brothel door.
