 ath through the musical landscape. With a unique ability to move between 
 folk\, electronic music\, jazz and classic rock\, she has created a catal
 ogue that stands outside time and genre — from the groundbreaking folkt
 ronica album 'Trailer Park' (1996) and 'Comfort of Strangers' (2006) to t
 he self-produced 'Weather Alive' (2022). Last summer\, she released her n
 ew album 'The Ground Above' — a more direct\, physical and powerful rec
 ord that marks a new chapter in her musical journey.\n\nWhere 'Weather Al
 ive' inhabited a dreamlike\, almost floating landscape\, 'The Ground Abov
 e' is rooted in the present. The album is about survival\, loss\, love\,
