rist Simon Hinkler and drummer Mick Brown\, the band quickly developed a
distinctive sound within post-punk and gothic rock. With atmospheric guit

“God’s Own Medicine” and “Carved in Sand” have together sold mo

to gothic rock and alternative rock\, The Mission remain an influential n
ame on the music scene after nearly four decades of making music.\n\nThe
Mission currently consist of Wayne Hussey (guitar and vocals)\, Craig Ada
ms (bass)\, Simon Hinkler (guitar) and new member Alex Baum (drums).
