Barnmattan Julvarité

Back by popular demand!! Welcome to a joyous Christmas variety show full of music, magic and fun!! Plus squash (or coffee) and a bun for everyone!

Trollkarlen Martin presents a rarely seen mix of music and magic – and, of course, a little Christmas baking too.

Our guest artist is Harriet Olsson, known for countless theatre performances with Big Wind and for her warm stage presence and natural musical expression, which have made a distinct mark on Gothenburg’s music scene.

We also have Johan Benson with us on bass, guitar – and perhaps even banjo! Johan plays in so many bands that he must be close to holding the Swedish record.

Also joining us is Klas-Fredrik Torsson, the multi-instrumentalist from the record label Mutant Swing, where he creates mutated electronic music. He also often appears with Big Wind, bringing groove and breakcore joy.

The show is a delightful mix of magic, baking and music-making – and perhaps the odd Santa.

Afterwards, we’ll serve festive refreshments (included in the ticket).

🎄 Come to Musikens Hus and celebrate December and Christmas with us!
