Raptor Booking & Monument proudly present Melt-Banana's return to Gothenburg! And to make this evening truly epic, we've also invited their fellow Japanese musicians in Super Jet Kinoko!

Do we even need to give them a detailed introduction? Formed in Tokyo over 30 years ago by Yasuko Onuki, they have since released 9 experimental and unique studio albums that are very hard to define. They freely mix genres such as noise rock, hardcore, grindcore, art punk and noise, with plenty of electronic elements too. On top of that, they've earned a reputation as one of the very best and most intense live bands around, as we saw for ourselves 4 years ago when we invited them to play a now-legendary gig at Skjulet!

Super Jet Kinoko

Here's another band that really has to be experienced live, with synchronised dancing and loads of wild stage outfits and costumes. They describe their music as new wave mushroom trance. A unique blend of rock, trance and psychedelia, led by guitar wizard Daoud (from the legendary kraut/psych-rock band Kikagaku Moyo)
