SUMMARY:I Wanna Talk About Dance
LOCATION:3:e Våningen\, Sockerbruket 9\, 414 51 Göteborg
DESCRIPTION:I WANNA TALK ABOUT DANCE\n\nWelcome to "I Wanna Talk About Da
 nce"\, a high-energy performance with three dancers and two musicians\, w
here dance becomes a meeting point and a language through which to find c
onnection.\n\nI Wanna Talk About Dance is a dance performance in which th
ree dancers with roots in flamenco\, hip-hop and contemporary dance come
together in an intense\, intimate and moving language of performance. Tog
ether with two live musicians\, they create a pulsating work that shifts
between high-energy sweat and quiet fragility. The performance blends rhy
thms from different cultures\, languages and bodies. In an intimate space
\, we seek to create a sense of community where dance becomes a conversat
ion in itself: about identity\, about presence\, about being human. Chore
ographer Jenny Larsson has taken conversations and dialogues as her start
ing point\, exploring how we can actually talk about something as wordles
s as dance. I Wanna Talk About Dance may offer some answers\, a chance to
reflect – and perhaps get you moving?\n\nTICKETS\n\nStandard ticket pr
 ice: 160 kr\n\nStudents\, pensioners\, jobseekers: 120 kr\n\nDanscentrum
