Röda Sten Konsthall

An old boiler house from the 1940s is now home to one of Gothenburg’s art galleries – Röda Sten. It takes its name from the red-painted stone found at the water’s edge just outside the building. Here, visitors can experience painting, performance and sound art, with a focus on Swedish and international contemporary artists. For the younger generation, Konstlabbet and Ung & Skapande give children and young people the opportunity to create on their own. Röda Sten Konsthall houses a restaurant with outdoor seating.
